No animal can be surrendered to Sanilac County Humane Society without proof of:

• Current Rabies vaccine (dogs & cats)
• Negative Heartworm test (dogs)
• Negative SNAP Test (cats)

There will be a pet surrender fee:

• Cats – $25.00
• Dogs – $50.00

SCHS cannot take in feral cats or aggressive animals.
