Special Needs

April 5, 2017

We have a few older cats that have come to us from Animal Control. These older fur-babies were all found as strays and are all front declawed. No one knows why they were outside but we would all like them to have a warm house and a loving family to spend their golden years.

My name is Spock. Don’t you have a soft spot for an old Siamese gentleman??
My name is Bobbit. I’m soft as a bunny and ready to warm your lap. And empty your kitty food bowls.
I’m Paper. I don’t want to live with a pouncy kitten but a laid-back friend would be ok…as long as I get plenty of pets.

Are you willing to open your heart and soul to one of our special needs cats? Call for more information at 810-657-8962.

All of our cats are fixed, up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations, micro chipped, de-wormed, treated for fleas and on a flea preventative.

EBONY

You know you want me on your lap…
Aren’t I just gorgeous??
Look into my beautiful eyes…

Hello, my name is Ebony and I am the blackest beauty in the shelter. I’m about 2 years but we’re not sure because I was found as a stray. I’m a sweet girl and I love to be loved. I can’t understand why I’ve been here for months… The girls say it’s cuz my purr-fect person doesn’t know they need me yet. C’mon by the cat room so we can snuggle and maybe I’ll be your “one”.

All of our cats are fixed, up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations, micro chipped, de-wormed, treated for fleas and on a flea preventative.

The adoption fee for Ebony is $80

Litter trained • Spayed • Feline Leukemia/FIV tested • Current on vaccinations  •  Microchipped • Primary Color: Black • Coat Length: Short

Dog of the Week!

BARNEY

I love to run!
I love a good snuggle too.

Hello, let me introduce myself. Barney is my name and I am a fine example of a beagle!! I am easy going 3 year old guy. The nice lady at animal control found me after I was hit by a car. She took me to the vet and luckily I was just roughed up and not broken. I am very house broken (going potty in the house is so yucky) but I have been known to peruse the garbage for snacks… I don’t mind cats as long as they don’t mind me and I do well with dogs my size or laid back dogs. I also don’t mind school age kids that have manners when it comes to dogs. So come on in bring lunch, I love to eat!!! I can even sing you the song of my people cuz I’m good at that too!

All of our dogs are fixed, up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations, micro chipped, de-wormed, treated for fleas, heart worm tested and on a heart worm and flea preventative.

The adoption fee for Barney is $180.
